I'm Jon "Stew" Stewart, a BBQ enthusiast, proud husband, father of four amazing kids, and an active-duty member of the U.S. Air Force. My love for BBQ ignited unexpectedly in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic while stationed at Royal Air Force Base Alconbury in England. What started as a simple hobby quickly transformed into an all-consuming passion for smoking, grilling, and perfecting mouthwatering BBQ dishes.

Currently based in sunny Melbourne, Florida, I continue to share my culinary adventures through delicious catered meals, recipes, tips, and content across social media. Every rub and sauce we craft is inspired by authentic, personal experiences - from our military journey to cherished backyard cookouts and reflects the many unique places we've called home and the unforgettable memories we've created along the way.
